The more stupid scientists the more they are afraid of there own work. The good answer for that man is can be to ban science at all. Because of scince development already dead a lot of people just of the results of this development(WW1 and WW2).

As always it's not the problem of research, it's a problem of states that they become more weak and can't do their job of regulating society and humans behavior enough well.
