Facebook shutdown

Definitely someone digging a hole under Facebook

The beginning of the week was not perfect for facebook and his satellites instagram and What's up messenger.

The social network created in 2004 by Harvard alumni Mark Zuckerberg and some others, quickly became popular in the world except some countries, usually in Asia, where it was banned.

And as usual any hegemonic in the world has a lot of envious and ill-wishers. But the money it started to generate is so big that a lot of regulators skip a lot of claims to the company.

With growing the easiesty of the ability to share the things, that can not be shared in any civilized society. Any social network company faced the choice – we share this controversial content and get money or we not share and don't get any money.

The tough choice for the facebook top management was - "We can not resist to this so much, because other wise the users flue to the competitors."

That practice they used for years, allow them became the largest social network in the world, and the discontent was grows fast.

They already faced scandal with keep the users data in the appropriate way (scandal concerned the obtaining of the personal data of millions of Facebook users without their consent by British consulting firm Cambridge Analytica ). The facebook negotiated with US authorities to pay 5 billion dollars for them.

The interesting thing that we don't know, who is exactly don't accept the facebook policy over users. They claim their claims to the facebook throw US authrorities, and the their claims looks anproprier or unfair. The offensive content that we can find on facebook is nothing compare to what we easily can find on the other internet resources (numerous porno sites for instance).

And the same days, while the world faced the shutdown of the facebook. It's look like someone shut down the servers of the company. To reload them the stuff need to get access to the server room with the electronic lock, that could work also on the same servers, to provide access to servers room.

Finaly, I guess they broke the door with the axe and reload servers.

That happened within the day before, when Frances Haugen, the former Facebook Inc. employee who gathered documents that formed the foundation of The Wall Street Journal’s Facebook Files series showing its platforms are riddled with flaws that cause harm, appeared Tuesday before a Senate panel that is looking to toughen the law protecting children online.

Usually such employe in such companies sign a contract, where wrote that they cannot share information about there company to anyone, but when even a lot of senators want to hear hate speech about facebook, it's possible to make an exclusion.

And authorities got some witness, based in part on the documents as well as interviews with current and former employees, describes how the company’s rules favor elites, how its algorithms foster discord, and how drug cartels and human traffickers use its services openly. (We consider that this also happen always and everywhere)

But now only Facebook in the focus of authorities attention, because it is so huge that making some senators, and other authorities representativies nervous about what information can be easily spread throw facebook about them.

Interesting point that: Wall Street Jornal - the media that has I thousand times less views compare to facebook, enough power to investigate succesfully the internal activity of the social network with 58000 emploers and more then 3 billion users. And Facebook are surrendered to force of Wall Street Journal.

Interesting question. Will he(Facebook with MArk ZuckerBerg) now start eating himself like China?

And some comment for you I picked up from YouTube.

When I was a kid my parents told me to not believe everything I saw on TV... Now I have to tell my parents not to believe everything they see on Facebook.

Just remember people, if you aren't paying for it, YOU are the product.

Can we extend this FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM OUTAGE indefinitely??? That would be amazing! If you didn't even know this was happening, then you're living a healthy existence.

Facebook will still be a flavourful platform, nothing will happen, the users are certainly the problem...

It's long past time to reign in this out of control beast.

Spoke to the wife first time in years, seems a nice person.

I spent my free time offline yesterday working on my new best seller, 'How I Survived Six Hours Without Facebook: A Story of Courage and Hope'.

Please take your time Facebook, people might do something useful with their lives while you're not working.
