Colonialism is the policy of a country seeking to extend or retain its authority over other people or territories, generally with the aim of economic dominance. In the process of colonisation, colonisers may impose their religion, economics, and other cultural practices on indigenous peoples. The foreign administrators rule the territory in pursuit of their interests, seeking to benefit from the colonised region's people and resources.
But let's talk about nowdays about 21 century neocolonializm. Neocolonialism is the practice of using capitalism, globalisation, cultural imperialism, and conditional aid to influence a developing country instead of the previous colonial methods of direct military control (imperialism) or indirect political control (hegemony).
An open robbery of official colonies, was turned to closed. Even the amount of raw materials exported, grew dramatically.
The main achivment of the WWII, is that people in all world became able to read. And to keep the open colonialism became tough. But western scientidic research don't stop to develop, and soon was establieshed a new forms of robbery developing countries.
With this "new inovantions" it became possible, even if there citisens can read about this forms of explotation for free, but it's a big question if they understand what really in their country happen, even if they declare that understand this.
If we look on oficial documents, we can see, that most of them declare not only all basic human rights, but also western standarts of life. But their resources, mainly mining raw materials go to Western and now to high developed Asian countries.
The “modern collonialisation” of Africa, provided by Asian countries, mainly by China. Even china is irritated what Western powers did with her in her colonial history. Is shown the new type with big ignoring situation inside country, even former American president Barack Obama told them(African states), and causing irritation of Western countries.
The last one. Exporting resources from colonial countries and valuable goods did not stop even now. Export of talented people didn't stop nowadays and become much more strong. But who understand that even this article is written on computer the key technologies of it developing only in one country and even, if you say that, you have alternative, it's also exist in that one country in the world.All activity (exept people without computer(including all computer deveces of course)) can be under controll by this country. And number types of controlling other countries increase and there dependence also.
